REMINDERS:
1) Please do not configure your mail clients
such as Outlook to poll our mail servers
every second of every hour of the day.
To help assure everyone's mail is delivered
quickly we want the Greatinet community to
please configure mail to check once an hour.
And if you are not using your mail client,
please log off. It helps assure
everyone has a fast mail server as this is
true of any mail server on the Internet
today.
2) This is mainly for the technically savvy
customers using outside redirect services:
Per our contract with each of you, customers
are not allowed to use third party DNS or
pointer services to our network. If
you do, you void all support 100% and there
are no refunds for your account and we can
shut down your account at any time.
Thank you for helping keep our support costs
low. This will reduce our
support costs and allow us to control spam
problems better too.
